Patient Portal

Patients can access their medical records online. The benefits of having access to your medical records online include:

HOW TO SECURELY MESSAGE THRIVE MEDICAL CLINIC

We are excited to team with Spruce to provide an easy way for patients to message our clinic for medication refills. Feel free to download the application for Thrive Medical Clinic.

1. Receive Email

Your email from Thriven Functional Medicine <customersupport@power2patient.com> will contain a link to the Patient Portal. Click on the Click Here! embedded link to enter the Patient Portal.

2. Login

Clicking on the emailed link will take you to the Power2Patient.net website. (Note: Payment Portal is not mobile device friendly) Enter the email address and password that you were provided. Click Submit.

3. Patient Registration Page

On this page, enter your information into the respective fields: Date of Birth, Legal First Name, Legal Last Name, and Gender. When you have completed all of the forms, click the Save button.

Next, you will be prompted to create a unique password. Use the two fields to enter a new password, and retype the password in the Confirm Password field. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, and contain at least one letter and one number. Click Save. If you receive an error, please retype your password into both fields and try again.

5. Security Questions

You will be prompted to select and answer 3 security questions. Select one question from each of the 3 dropdown menus and provide an answer in the field under each. Click on the Save button.

6. Patient Portal

You’ll now be able to access the patient portal on Power2Patient.net. From here, go to the Health tab in the navigation bar, and click on My Medical Profile from the drop-down menu.

7. My Medical Profile

To complete your profile you will need to complete the 16 sections under My Medical Profile. Clicking on the Save button in the upper-right corner of the page will allow you to complete this task in multiple settings.
