How old do you have to be to access MyChart?

If your child is between the ages of 15 and 18, you can be granted restricted access to your child’s MyChart record. Once your child reaches the age of 18, you will no longer have access to your child’s MyChart record and will need to complete another proxy form to re-establish proxy access.

How long does it take for lab results to be released?

Emergency Department: labs/procedure results release after 8 hours once the results are finalized. In Patient: any labs or procedures done in the hospital will release in 24 hours, once the results are finalized. Ambulatory/Outpatient: labs can take up to 4 business days to release.

Does MyChart have an activation code?

No, your activation code is not your MyChart ID or password. You will use this code only once to log into MyChart for the first time. (The code will expire after you have used it or after 45 days). When you log into MyChart for the first time, you will then be asked to create your own unique MyChart ID and password.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
