Our community and nation are facing an unprecedented global pandemic involving a new virus and disease known as COVID-19. Thomasville Family Medicine is coordinating with local and national healthcare organizations. We are staying up to date on all guidelines from WHO, CDC and governmental agencies.

No Show Policy

Our no-show policy is being updated. Effective June 1, 2019, patients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment will be assessed a no show fee of $25.00. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call to reschedule. If you have any questions about this policy, please call us at 229-228-4130.

Effective July 1st: Our offices will be closed on Saturdays

Thomasville Family Medicine Center will no longer have Saturday Clinic effective July 1, 2018 until further notice. We will consider reopening on Saturday’s during the Fall sick season. We will notify all patients at that time.

We accept most major insurance plans. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to bring along a valid government-issued ID with them to each visit. Subsequently, we require that all patients have a valid, non-expired ID present in order to be seen by a provider.
