Thomas Memorial Hospital medical records can be accessed via patient's portal to electronic health record known as the Thomas Health Patient Portal Exchange. Patient can also obtain a complete copy of his Thomas hospital medical records by requesting a copy from the Medical Records Department.
We offer a portal for patients who have been admitted to our hospital and a separate portal for our TMH Physician Partner clinics.
