History
Thomas Chittenden Health Center (TCHC) was established in 1969 by Drs. John Lantman, Paul Stanilonis, David Park, and Bill Ryan as the first independent group practice in the State of Vermont. It is named after the first settler in Williston, who became the first Governor of the newly-formed State of Vermont.
