I’ve treated with Dr. Pattison for almost 20 years. Made an appointment for my daughter and had to wait months. They do not take her insurance but I thought it was worth it to pay out of pocket. On the way to appt. I missed my exit. (Totally my fault). Called to explain they said they would allow 20 minutes. We arrived in 18.
I went to this dermatologist as I had not seen one in years. The PA I saw stared at me, and asked me what I thought a good skin care routine would be and what I had used in the past. I simply stated "You are the expert, you tell me." Isn't that why I am paying you? If I thought I had the knowledge to treat it myself I would not be in your office.
I have seen several Dermatologists over the years. She is the best. Found and removed a skin cancer on same visit because I live over an hour away from her office. Office staff is real nice too.
