How do I contact my therapist for help?

Please contact your provider directly for assistance. They can also provide you with a direct link to their client portal if you're unable to find them via the therapist search, or help you verify/reset your log in information. If you have any issues, you must contact your therapist directly for assistance.

Can You Help my client/patient directly?

Due to HIPAA regulations we cannot assist clients/patients directly. If you have any issues, you must contact your therapist directly for assistance. If you mistakenly signed up for a therapist account/as a therapist, please email "support@therapyappointment.com" with your name and email to request deletion of that account.
