Oct 05, 2017 · Email patient reminders are set up through the reminders form for the client. Click Clients in the top navigation bar of Therabill. In your client list, find the client that you would like to create an email reminder for and click the Client Tools associated with that client. In the menu that appears, click on Reminders.

One of the buttons is labeled Send Intake (circled in red in image to the left). Click the Send Intake button. The client intake portal will now open to the Send page.
You will receive an email (from Therabill, not the patient) that the patient has indicated that they will not be able to attend the appointment on the scheduled date. This email will go to the email address that you have on file under Admin.
You can create multiple reminders. You are free to create as many reminders for a patient as you wish simply by using the Add New Reminder form to create a new reminder. You can mix and match email and phone reminders. For example, you can have Therabill send out an e-mail reminder 2 days prior to a session and then send out a phone reminder 1 day ...
Therabill will not send out reminders for sessions that have already been patient confirmed or patient canceled. Therefore, if you have multiple reminders set up for the patient and they confirm or cancel during any of the reminders, then subsequent reminders for that session will be ignored.

Viewed: means that they have followed the link within the e-mail. That is, they have viewed the client intake form but they have not yet filled it out and submitted it. Unviewed: means that they have not yet followed the link within the e-mail.
In this area, you will see a list of requests that you have sent that the recipient has not yet responded to. Each item shows the date that it was sent, the name of the recipient, the e-mail address that it was sent to and whether or not the recipient has viewed the form or not.
Client Intake Requests is a value added feature that does come at an additional cost to you. Therabill does offer two options depending on how often you feel you will be using client intake requests. If you do not plan on using it often, then you can send out a client intake request at 25 cents per request sent.
This report gives you information about all of the authorizations that have been entered into Therabill (from WebPT or manually entered). You can view the number of sessions/units remaining, the original amount, the start and expiry dates, the authorization number, the patient, the payer, and the active status (Active vs Expired).
Note: This report is not useful for clinics integrated with WebPT, as sessions/DOS are not created until a Daily Note is finalized within WebPT.

For each active client in your client list, this report will show you various dates and amounts regarding sessions for the client. The first column will show the client name. The second column shows the first/last session dates and the total amount billed for all sessions the client has had.

This report gives you a list of clients that have either been sent a request to set up their portal account or clients that have already activated their portal account.
