Cancellations

If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least one day in advance so we can give your time to another patient. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot give 24 hours’ notice, please call as soon as you know you will be unable to keep your time.

Office Hours

Our normal office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; phones are answered between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Our doctors are available by phone, 24 hours a day.

Appointments

To schedule an appointment, call (251) 450-2746 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Medical emergencies are seen at any time, and many can be managed in the office. A call ahead is often all it takes to make the necessary arrangements. Since emergencies take precedence, they may occasionally disrupt the routine appointment schedule.

Cancellations
