Prior to attending college, he traveled to Kenya with the Texas Baptist Young Men where he assisted in the construction of four churches. He attended Baylor University and graduated with a BA degree in biology.

As a military brat, Dr. Moore has had the opportunity to live in other states and countries before coming to call Sheppard AFB and Wichita Falls her home. She is a graduate of Hirschi High School and then went on to graduate magna cum laude from Grambling State University.

Mandy L. Winfrey, M.D., F.A.C.O.G

Dr. Winfrey is a Wichita Falls native. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors from Texas A&M University before graduating with her medical degree from UT Houston Medical School. During medical school, Dr. Winfrey had a wonderful experience with several patients on her OB/Gyn rotation which opened her eyes to this specialty.
