Patient Portal . Cape Girardeau Surgical Clinic utilizes an electronic medical records (EMR) system to store and manage all medical records. In addition to providing a more organized way to maintain patient records, the EMR also offers you, the patient, the ability to reach out to us electronically via our Patient Portal.
