The MRO Corporation is the company that handles medical record duplication for The Christ Hospital Health Network. The MRO Corporation will send you an invoice for your medical records. Payment can be made by check, credit card or money order to the MRO Corporation.

How to get a copy of medical records?

Copies of your medical records can be obtained by submitting an authoriz​ation form. Please fill out both sides of the form. It must contain the patient’s name, date of birth, Social Security number, patient’s signature and date of the signature.

Is a patient's medical record confidential?

The i​nformation contained in a patient’s medical record is confidential. The Christ Hospital Health Network cannot release any medical information without the consent of the patient or, in the case of a minor, the legal guardian, unless required by law.

If you have a MyChart account, you can view online account details and visit summaries, and pay your bill. Just login to your account and click the billing icon on the top of the page.

Pay as a Guest

You don't need a MyChart account to pay your bill. All you need is your account number from the billing statement.
