How do I contact ELP patient portal support?

How do I register to use myttp ELP?

In order to use myTTP ELP, you will need an activation PIN. You can begin the registration process on your next clinic visit. Please ask the front desk staff for your PIN.

Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso Clinics offer online appointments. ( Currently this service is only available for appointments with our family medicine providers at our Transmountain location.)

Clinic Arrival Expectations

Arrive 30 minutes early for your appointment to check in and fill out any necessary paperwork.

Registration Requirements

All patients are required to use a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) to verify their identify, this will be provided during your appointment registration. If you have not received your PIN, you will receive one during registration at your next appointment.

To pay your bill online, please go to our PayMyBill portal to make online payments. You will then be taken to a screen where you can complete your transaction by adding the Provider ID ELPELP3 .

By Phone

To pay your bill over the phone using our automated system available 24 hours a day, please be ready to provide your credit or debit card number or bank account and routing number.

With Check

If you are mailing your payment to us using the envelope and payment stub enclosed with your bill, please be sure to include your account number on your check.
