What department provides meals for hospitalized patients?

Meals are provided for our patients by the Dietary Department based on the physician’s orders. If you would like to have a meal while visiting hospitalized family member (s), you may make your request at the nurses’ station and they will be happy to order for you.

Does Teton Valley Hospital provide transportation?

A responsible adult needs to be available to provide transportation to your home. If this is not possible, Teton Valley Hospital will make every effort to help you coordinate your transportation. If you’re having trouble finding transportation, please tell your nurse.

How to access another adult's health information?

To access another adult’s health information, they must first complete an Authorization to Release Medical Information, available by emailing ROI@tetonhospital.org.

Can you find MRIs on the portal?

Diagnostic images, such X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, are not available on the portal, although the interpretive reports are. For help accessing these types of records or any other records you can’t find on your portal, contact Health Information Management .

Is there a mobile version of HealtheLife?

Is there a mobile version of my HealtheLife portal available? Yes, Cerner Corp provides an app called HealtheLife that connects to your St. John's patient portal. To download, search "HealtheLife" in your smartphone App Store. This app is separate of the St. John's On-Demand Care app available in Google Play and Apple App Store.
