How do I log in to the patient portal?

Login into your Patient Portal account. Navigate to the Preference tab. Open the “Account Profile” option. With “Account Profile” open, navigate to the left side of your screen to see the “Account Details” connections box. Within the connection box, select “Click To Connect” Logout, then log back in.

An appointment is a time reserved for you. This includes updating registration information, nurse intake screening and being seen by your medical provider. The amount of time reserved depends on your specific needs, and will be determined when speaking with the Appointment Clerk.

Phone System Changeover

We want to thank our patients, team, and community for your patience and feedback during the changeover process of our phone system. This week, we increased our capacity to handle the large number of calls we get daily. Dropped calls should be much less frequent.
