How to sign up

Existing Tanner Medical Group patients will be invited to sign-up for MyChart during your next Tanner Medical Group doctor’s visit. You will receive a special code. Once you have the code, sign-up for your new account at TannerMyChart.org by creating your username, password and entering your code.

Things to remember

Tanner MyChart is a new tool. Tanner MyChart is replacing the former myTanner patient portal. Tanner MyChart is not a replacement for regular doctor’s visits and should not be used in emergency situations. For emergency care, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Visiting hours

Visitors are allowed unless restricted for patient safety. General care areas: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Intensive care: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Smoking policy

No tobacco use of any kind — including smoking and smokeless tobacco — is permitted on Tanner hospital campuses except in designated tobacco use areas.

The Lamplighter Gift Shop at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton is located on the first floor in the Clinic Avenue Atrium near Short Stay.

The Tanner Café provides a wide variety of fresh and healthy options daily. Tanner's Carrollton hospital campus is also home to Lu Lu's Deli.
