TCRH has partnered with Syntellis to provide this service. Online healthcare information is available to patients 18 years and older and who have been a patient at TCRH on or after January 1, 2014.
A PIN is required to set up access. To get your PIN, tell the Registrar (at check in or check out) that you want to join the patient portal. You will need to provide an email address and your Portal Invitation with PIN number will be emailed to you.
