The link above is for our patient portal, MyHealthRecord.com. Let our office know that you'd like to register, make sure we have a good email address for you, and we'll send an invitation via email. If you have questions about the portal or problems accessing it, you may call the office or email portalsupport@texaspulmonary.com.

Do I need a password to access the patient portal?

A: Absolutely. A user account and password are required in order to access the patient portal; furthermore, all data transmitted through the patient portal is encrypted for your safety. You are encouraged to change your password to something that contains both uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one number and/or a special character.

How do I make an appointment through the patient portal?

A: Once you have logged into the patient portal, simply select the "Appointments" tab and follow the instructions on the screen. Appointment requests are generally handled the same business day so there is no need to call our office. You will receive a notification via the portal and/or a phone call once your appointment has been scheduled.

What is a pulmonary support group?

A support group for those with pulmonary diseases. Information on pulmonary disease and treatments is presented by respiratory therapists, physicians, dietitians, and pharmacists. Attendees suggest topics to discuss. For information, call 302-645-3298.

What is pulmonary rehabilitation?

Pulmonary rehabilitation is an exercise and education program designed with you in mind. The program aims to help you increase your stamina and endurance. Our specialized team will help you better understand your pulmonary disease in a safe atmosphere where you are monitored at all times by a medical team. Once you complete the base pulmonary rehab program, you enter our maintenance program and can continue using the facility as long as you like. To find out if you qualify for the program, call 302-645-3579 or as your physician or provider for a referral.
