Will my patient information automatically upload to the SCL or Centura?
Since SSOC is a private practice our patient information does not automatically upload into the SCL, Centura, HCA or Aspen hospital systems. We do have a patient portal for which you will receive login information at your initial office consultation.
What happens at my initial consultation with my surgeon?
At your initial consultation the surgeon will review the information from your PCP’s office, including any imaging or lab work. Your surgeon will then review the plan of care with you. If surgery is needed, they will complete the paperwork for the schedulers and indicate any further testing needed.
