How do I give family members access to my Patient Portal?

You can give family members or healthcare proxies access to your NMC patient portal. This must be done during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in NMC Health’s Health Information Management (HIM) office, located in the basement of the Newton Surgery Center.

How do I sign up for the my nmchealth patient portal?

You can sign up for the My NMCHealth Patient Portal in two ways. Click the “Sign-Up” option at the top of this page. In order to enroll, you must have your Medical Records Number, which can be found on your patient label attached to the enrollment sheet.

How do I Reset my Password for the patient portal?

You will be asked to enter the email associated with your patient portal account. You will be asked to enter your patient portal login ID and the email associated with your patient portal account. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

What is the phone number for the Patient Portal?

If you do not know the email associated with your patient portal account or no longer have access to the email account connected to your patient portal account, please call 316.804.6252 or fill out this form.

What to do if you have questions about your medical information?

If you have any questions regarding your medical information within your file, please contact your doctor’s office or nurse.

Yes. The My NMCHealth Patient Portal provides health information for all NMC Health services, including the hospital and all NMC Health Family Medicine Clinics.
