1. Only give HRHCare a private, personal email address – not a shared or work email address. HRHCare will email you when new items have been posted in your Portal – like messages, appointment reminders, and more. We will not send health information over email.

Emergencies

Never use the Portal in the case of an emergency. Call 911 immediately if you are having a medical emergency. Communication with your Care Team via the portal is not instant. Never use the Portal for urgent health concerns. If you need to see your doctor the same day, always call.

How old do you have to be to use Sun River Health?
