Anthem Coverage at Summa Health

Summa Health’s current contract with Anthem is set to expire effective January 1, 2022. If an agreement is not reached by the end of 2021, Anthem members will be out of network at Summa Health beginning 2022.

Vital Vax and Go

To make it easier for you to get vaccinated, Summa Health’s Vital Vax and Go may be headed to a neighborhood near you! All eligible individuals ages 12 and up can receive a free vaccine. No appointments are needed. Insurance cards (if you have one) and IDs as well as IDs/birth certificates for those 12-17 years old are required.
