What is CES in SummaCare?

SummaCare uses a claim editing software called CES, which is available to providers through Plan Central. If you do not have a user account, please register by clicking the registration link located on the Plan Central homepage.

Does SummaCare have an appeal process?

When submitting claims for Commercial members, please continue to bill in accordance with industry standard guidelines. As a reminder, SummaCare does not have an appeal process for inquiries associated with code edits performed during the claim adjudication process.
