Financial Counselors. Financial counselors are available to answer any questions about charges and to help patients make arrangements for payment. An itemized bill listing all hospital services, medical supplies, medications, tests and treatments is available upon request.
Services provided by the Radiology Department, Pathology, and Anesthesia are billed separately. Payment for these services should be made to the appropriate physician or testing facility and not the hospital. The hospital’s financial counselors can help to determine your eligibility for financial assistance programs.
These services are typically performed by providers not employed or contracted by the hospital. The hospital will not charge any individual who is eligible for assistance under its financial assistance policy for emergency and medically necessary care more than the “ amount generally billed [PDF] ” to individuals who have insurance for such care.
Stuck in the Stone Age. Management does not trust anyone and ridicules employees not only by making snarky comments but also staff emails
There is no room for advancement for new nurses. The nurse who have been there for years are intrenched in their position and aren’t going anywhere soon
Management is not professional. She makes promises she can’t keep. Ridicules her employees in front of other staff
I was hired by the previous administration and they were greatful to hire experienced, kind individuals who put patient care first. This is no longer the case.
