Your Patient Portal at Student Health Services contains your appointment history, message center where you can communicate directly with your clinician, patient education handouts received during your visit, and forms to complete before your upcoming visits.
Login The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.
All currently enrolled students who pay health fees are eligible to access services below. Additional fees may apply to specialty services, procedures, vaccines, medications, and supplies. Any services received off-campus are the financial responsibility of the student.

The single best way to prevent catching the measles is to get vaccinated. The vaccine is safe and effective. If you have questions about the measles or the vaccine, make an appointment to be seen at the Student Health Center, and bring your vaccine record to that appointment or call 909-537-5241.

It is important to self-isolate from anyone aged 65 and older or with a chronic health condition (heart disease, lung disease, diabetes, cancer) or have weakened immune systems. These individuals are particularly vulnerable and at high-risk for complications due to the COVID-19 virus.
