Does Morton Hospital have a radiology film?

Unfortunately, this service does not provide radiology films or copies of hospital bills. Such requests should be directed to the appropriate department. For radiology films, call 508-828-7200.

How to get a copy of my medical records?

To receive copies of your medical record, you must submit a written, signed and dated request form. You may download an authorization form to release your medical records. As you fill out the form, please include: Patient’s full name (include maiden name if applicable) Address and telephone number. Date of birth.

How to contact Steward Health Care?

For billing questions, please contact the Steward Health Care Business Office at 844-660-0100. Depending on household income, you and your family members may be eligible for full or partial free care, or one of several state-sponsored insurance programs such as MassHealth.

Does Morton Hospital have insurance?

In most cases, Morton Hospital will be reimbursed for your hospitalization directly by your health insurance carrier. If you are insured by a commercial insurance company, it will be necessary for you to forward signed insurance authorizing release of information and authorization for benefits to the hospital prior to your discharge. In the event of specially arranged HMOs or case management insurance, we may not need such forms.
