How to sign up for the patient portal?

Log in with the Username and Password you use to access your Steward Medical Group patient portal account. (If you don’t already have an account, create one at www.stewardconnect.org.) Once you log in, your records will be loaded. These will be updated periodically and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.

What is Steward Medical Group?

Steward Medical Group uses one of the health care industry’s premier electronic health record systems. Our providers are able to see their patient’s medical history, latest medical visits, and diagnostic results to stay up-to-date and in communication with a patient’s entire care team. This centralized approach allows us to better coordinate our patients’ care to achieve the highest quality outcomes.

How do patients access their medical information?

Patients also have access to their medical information through our patient portal. Using the patient portal, patients can communica te with their doctor’s practice, even after hours, be notified of and review laboratory results, and, where available, schedule appointments with their physician.
