How do I contact the Emory blue patient portal?

For the Emory BLUE Patient Portal, contact your provider’s office, call us at 404-727-8820. Calls are answered 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.

Why does Emory have multiple patient portals?

We use different electronic medical records to provide patient care. This means we also have multiple patient portals – the Emory BLUE Patient Portal, Emory GOLD Patient Portal and Emory Eye Center Patient Portal. Depending on your providers, you may need access to more than one portal.

We're pretty much the same. We won't call if the results are negative. Anything positive will generate a phone call.

Can you call back to ED for PCP results?

Patients have the option to either call their PCP to get result or can call back to ED and speak with nurse.
