How do I access the patient portal?

Remember: the Patient Portal is your Statcare online account. To access it, go to www.statcarewalkin.com and click on Patient Portal to see all of your information. This is also where you can review any pending COVID-19 test results. Download the Healow App! The Healow App gives you access to your Statcare online account through your smartphone.

How long does it take to get a copy of your medical records?

You will be required to put your request in writing. The health care provider then has 10 days after receiving the request to provide an opportunity for you to inspect your records. You can also request copies of the records.
