When is the deadline for Stanford Supplemental Application 2021?

The deadline for the Stanford Supplemental Application is October 21, 2021 (11:59 p.m. Pacific Time). It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all materials arrive on time. Applicants can access the Stanford MD Application web portal (MedAdmit) to confirm if materials for the supplemental application have been received.

Application fees for the Supplemental Application are non-refundable.

When will updates to an application be accepted?

Updates to an application will be accepted only after an applicant has been invited to interview. Interview decisions are made based on information submitted in the AMCAS application, Stanford Supplemental Application, and letters of recommendation.

How long can you defer matriculation?

Deferral of Matriculation. Accepted candidates may petition, in writing, for deferral of matriculation. Deferrals may be approved for up to two years for reasons related to the personal and professional circumstances of the admitted applicant and the furtherance of her/his educational plans.

When is the Amcas application deadline?

The AMCAS application deadline is October 1, 2021 (11:59 PM ET). The 2022 AMCAS Application will open for submission in early June. All sections of the primary applications must be complete by the deadline. AMCAS may take several weeks to process your entire application. Extensions are not granted.
