Flowers, plants, and gifts are delivered to your room as soon as they arrive. Mail is delivered once a day. You may send mail by giving it to your nurse. Stamps are available for purchase at the gift shop. Mail arriving after you have been discharged will be forwarded to your home.#N#Flowers are not permitted in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Smoking is also prohibited on campus property, with the exception of two designated smoking areas. One is located behind d'Youville Pavilion and the other is in the "K" parking lot. The health system has many resources available to assist people who would like to stop smoking.
