I made a horrible mistake coming here

I knew this hospital was old but the conditions are deplorable. There is no air conditioning in my room (broken). It is 81 outside and currently 80 in this room. It is only 8 am. It is supposed to be 95 today. It took them an hour to get me an old box fan. Whatever you do - do NOT voluntarily choose this hospital for anything. St.

Uneducated on legal guardian

Discharged a legally incapacitated into the street without guardian permission. Disgraceful.

My brother died in that hospital on Hamilton street and I can't get justice they use him as a Guinea pig and he died two years ago and the doctors they were nasty to me and my dad this is why I dont like st.lukes

St Luke's Emergency 17th St Allentown PA WORST in Valley

It was a horrible, horrible experience and we will NEVER go back there!!! It was our first time there and it will be our LAST!!! The staff was VERY uncaring and would not listen to the patient. We were a bother to them on a Friday night. Would not help the patient get dressed and it was obvious he needed help. would not even give him a blanket.
