What is proxy access?

Proxy access is when a family member or caregiver can view a portion of a patient’s medical record including protected health information (PHI). The access must be authorized by the patient, and multiple parties may be given access. A proxy is not the same thing as a guarantor.

How long does it take to get a copy of medical records?

Processing your request may take up to 30 days.

What is a share everywhere tool?

With the Share Everywhere tool, you can share your medical information with the other clinical providers who are taking care of you. Using your mySaintLuke’s account, you can generate a share code and provide it to the person you want to share your health data with. This might be a doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, dentist, or school nurse, for example.
