Getting started

There are two paths for setting up your Patient Portal account with Forefront Dermatology.

Create your account from an email invitation

You may have received an email from Forefront Dermatology or an affiliated practice. To get started, open the link sent to your email address and log in. Note: the email link will expired within 72 hours. After logging in you will be asked to create a new password.

My Health Information

The Tests and Results tab provides quick and convenient access to your lab or test results. We always encourage you to speak directly with your provider about any new results that appear in your medical record.

Appointment & Visit Info

The Visit Records tab allows you to select a specific date to read the finalized visit notes.

Compose Message

The Compose Message tab allows you to send a secure electronic message directly to your doctor’s staff. Please allow 24 business hours for a reply. If it is an urgent message, we recommend you call our office directly.

The following is a list of the accepted insurance groups that are in network with Dr. Duvall. We work with additional insurance groups, so please contact us to verify that we are in network with your specific insurance plan. We also directly contract with many local employers.
