How do I view my Shore Medical Center Records online?

Shore Medical Center launched a new patient portal on August 28, 2018. If you have not yet done so, you will need to sign up for the new portal in order to view their Shore Medical Center records online at your convenience. Rest assured your information will always be kept confidential between you and your Provider. However, you can choose to give another person access to your Ascension St. John Patient Portal account. They will be called your proxy. If you are in person at your clinic, you can fill out the required paperwork to add a proxy.

Opening its doors in 1981, UH St. John Medical Center was the result of a merger between two long standing health care institutions: St. John Hospital in Cleveland and Bay View Osteopathic General Hospital in Bay Village.
