HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital offers our patients and colleagues the ability to scheduling their Mammography appointments on-line with MyHSHS.

Getting Started – How it Works

Patients can sign up during the registration process or (from your desktop computer) go online at www.mychartportal.org/Myhshs/ to register. For questions, call the EpicCare Help Desk at 1-800-236-6366. After signing up, you will receive an activation code.
