Medical records are available for patients of St. Bernards Medical Center. To obtain medical records, patients may visit the St. Bernards Imaging Center, located at 1144 E. Matthews Ave. The Medical Records office inside the Imaging Center is open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
