What is the St Vincent’s Patient Portal?

We offer a convenient St. Vincent’s Health System Patient Portal to access your records from a St. Vincent’s Family Care/Primary Care visits. We are excited to announce that St. Vincent’s will be using a new vendor for our Patient Portal for your hospital-based health information.

What is included in the patient portals?

The patient portals for St. Peter's Health Partner provides you, our valued patient, online access to your health information from either an outpatient doctor's visit or an inpatient hospital stay. Health information may include blood test results, radiology results, your medical diagnoses, and more.

How do I create a patient portal account?

If you do not have a Portal account yet, and do not have a visit coming up soon, you can create your account by contacting our Health Information Management Department at (802) 524-1060, and choosing option 2. Is the Patient Portal secure? Yes, when you log in you enter a secure site that is designed for the transfer of medical information.

Can I still access my medical information from previous patient portals?

You can still access your historical medical information from our previous patient portals (athenahealth and MyHealth). However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added. Need Help? Faster Results Through Your Patient Portal

Faster Results: Tests and reports are now available as soon as they are finalized. Prior to this, some laboratory results and imaging reports were not available immediately after they were finalized. This change means that you may see test results before your care team is able to review them.
