Using the patient portal is entirely up to you. To sign up, contact your doctor’s office. If you prefer not to sign up, it won’t affect the care you receive from any provider in our group.

Our patient portal is a secure online tool that lets you see your personal health records and communicate with your doctor. You can review doctor’s visits, medications, test results and more. It’s secure, easy to use and available 24 hours a day.
