Does Spectrum Health provide virtual visits?

All of the Providers are employed by Spectrum Health or have contracted with Spectrum Health to provide Virtual Visits through Spectrum Health MyChart. VIRTUAL VISIT SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR EMERGENCIES OR URGENT SITUATIONS.

Does Spectrum Health MyChart include my medical records?

It does not take the place of your doctor. Spectrum Health MyChart does not include your entire medical record. Because Spectrum Health MyChart does not include all of your medical information, you should ensure that your provider is aware of all the medicines that you take and all the providers that you see.

Is Spectrum Health a non-transferable license?

Spectrum Health grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to: (a) access, view, download, print, use and display Materials; and (b) use the tools and software within Spectrum Health MyChart (collectively, "Software") solely for your own use.

Is Spectrum Health in network?

Insurance: Please verify with your insurer that your plan is in-network with Spectrum Health as out-of-network benefits may result in higher out-of-pocket cost to you. The phone number to your insurer can typically be found on the back of your insurance card.
