What is Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System?
Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System strives to support physicians by providing interactive tools that make it easier to work with SRHS’s applications.
What is the Connect1 Physician Portal?
The Connect1 Physician Portal is a secure web-based application designed to connect independent community physicians and providers to information stored in SRHS’s EMR for their referred and admitted patients.
How long will it take before physicians and providers have access to the Connect1 Physician Portal?
Access will be granted to physicians and/or providers within 15 business days following receipt of the completed access agreements.
How long does it take for Epic to get a new login?
After approximately 10-15 days each Participant and Authorized User will receive a letter from Epic with their new log-in User ID and Password to access the new Connect1 Physician Portal.
Do physicians have to sign the Connect1 portal?
Physicians and providers are required to review and sign the Connect1 Physician Portal Access Agreement above .
Is training available for the Connect1 Physician Portal?
Yes. Computer-based training is encouraged; however, it is not required for access. Information on education and training is available in the EpicCare Link Quick Start Guide.
