What is Sparkle Health’s cancellation policy?

Effective October 1, 2021, Sparkle Health will charge a cancellation fee of $50 per occurrence for appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This charge will also apply if you fail to arrive for your appointment.
