How to set up a FCI account?

Step 1: From any computer, tablet or smartphone, go to FCI.MyHealthPatientPortal.com and click “Register” on the login page. Step 2: Enter your date of birth and your unique patient number. Current patients get their unique patient number from their clinic.

If you have any questions, click the Help tab in the menu bar in the left margin of the home page screen and choose one of the brief instructional videos to view . Or call Fertility Center at 423.899.0500. When you are finished, click Log Off at the bottom of the menu bar.
