How long does it take for a virtual visit to show up on a patient's portal?

Once a video visit has been scheduled, it will take 1-2 minutes for the virtual visit to show on the patient’s portal account. It will automatically show up on the main page after signing in. Patient will be able to check in by clicking “Join Visit” 15 minutes prior to appointment.

What happens when a doctor joins a video visit?

They will be given notice that they are checked in. Once the doctor joins the visit, their screen will update to the live video visit .

How to search for pharmacy in virtual waiting room?

Click “Go to Virtual Waiting Room”. Patient can search pharmacy using the tabs at the top. Highlight the pharmacy of your choice and click “Select Pharmacy”. It will not allow you to click “Select Pharmacy” until you have highlighted a pharmacy.
