This secure online web portal empowers all Southeastern Med patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information. All of the information contained in the MyHealth Portal comes from your Southeastern Med Electronic Health Record.

When can I pay my bills in southeastern MyChart?

The only activities allowed within Southeastern MyChart after July 18 is payment of bills for services received before July 23. If you encounter any issues with your My UNC Chart account, contact UNC Health Outpatient Access Center at (888) 996-2767.

How do I sign up for Meditech mHealth?

Go to your phone’s app store and search for “MEDITECH MHealth” * If a proxy is necessary for any patient over 18, a healthcare power of attorney document will need to be on file in our Medical Records department. SIGN UP IS EASY! Obtain a login by clicking MyHealth Enrollment.
