Call and leave a message with your name, birth date, prescription and strength, pharmacy name and number and your doctor's name. Allow 24 to 48 hours for your request. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.

I'm waiting on test results

You'll receive your test results in 7 to 10 days by mail or telephone.

I'm waiting on a referral

Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
