What counties in Georgia are eligible for mammograms in motion?

Patients residing in Brantley, Camden, Glynn, Long and McIntosh counties who are uninsured may qualify for financial assistance through our Mammograms in Motion grant program. The grant program, which receives funding from the Coastal Georgia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, provides screening mammograms and diagnostic work-up services free of charge to those who meet the financial qualifications. Click below to learn more!

Who must submit the Financial Assistance Application?

A patient who believes he or she may qualify for Financial Assistance must request and submit the Financial Assistance Application. Patients must fully comply with the application process, including submitting requested supporting documentation.

Who is available to assist with financial assistance?

Financial Counselors are available to assist with completing a Financial Assistance Application. After an application is received, it will be reviewed and a written determination as to the amount of financial assistance available, or any additional information needed for consideration, will be provided.
