Our patient portal is a secure and convenient way to receive messages, lab results, documents, medical reports, reminders and news regarding your fertility journey. Access your profile from any device and stay up-to-date with your patient information. If you have a User ID and Password, please sign in.

How do I register for the SJRA patient portal?

HOW DO I REGISTER? Approximately five business days after your test, we will send a link to the email you verified on the day of your testing. When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password.

What is the SJRA patient portal number?

Passwords are case sensitive. If you did not receive an email with the Patient Portal link or it has expired, please call SJRA for assistance at (888) 909-7572.
