How do I access southern Ohio Medical Center’s Patient Portal?

Choose Southern Ohio Medical Center and use your patient portal login. It is that easy! You can still access SOMC’s old Patient Portal for results prior to 8/1/20 by clicking the link below:

Where can I find the link to the new SOMC portal?

You can also access the link directly by visiting https://myportal.somc.org. Please note, all patients, even those who have an account in the old system, will need to create a new account with our updated portal.

What kind of care does SOMC provide?

SOMC participates in the Ohio Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP), which provides free basic medically necessary care to eligible patients. We also provide charity care to patients who are unable to pay through our SOMC Caring Program. SOMC can happily assist you in applying for these programs.

How can I contact SOMC with questions about patient care?

While we at SOMC love positive feedback, we also need to hear from you if you have concerns about your care here. E-mail any comments or concerns about patient care to the Patient Relations department, or contact them at (740) 356-8216. Patient Relations is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
