The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

What is the Aprima patient portal?

The Aprima Patient Portal is a tool that makes interacting with the office and your health record a bit easier. On the portal you are able to view your visit's clinical summaries, download your complete chart, view your labs, ask questions, request appointments, view labs, and balances. If you already have your user ID and password, you can click on the link at the bottom of the page. If you do not have access, contact us to receive your login information.

Do I need to contact the office if I have a portal?

You do not need to contact the office if your portal has already been set up. There is a link that will allow you to reset your password with the security prompts you set up initially. If you are still having trouble, you can 'Request Login Assistance' and the portal will send a message to the office so that they will know what's happening and how to assist you.

Can labs be dowloaded from Solstas?

If your labs went to Solstas Lab Partners, they will be able to be viewed once the providers have approved them . They are directly imported into your chart and will be able to be dowloaded directly from the portal. If you labs went to Quest Diagnostics or Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) you will need to write a message to the office so that your labs can be sent to you via secure message or picked up in the office.
